Within Malé

We hand-deliver orders within Malé and Hulhumalé, free of charge, on Saturdays. Place your order by Wednesday for that week's round.

Across the atolls

Inter-island delivery goes through MTCC or your local ferry agent. We pack each piece in a custom-fitted box with foam shoulders that hold the dome upright. Ferry delivery typically takes 2–6 days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination atoll.

International

We ship terrariums and accessories internationally via DHL or FedEx. Plants are excluded internationally — phytosanitary rules vary by country and we won't risk a piece being held at customs. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

If a glass piece arrives broken

Photograph the unopened box and the broken piece, then write to us at hello@veo.mv within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it at no charge — broken glass is on us, not on you.

If a plant arrives unhappy

Living plants travel poorly sometimes. If a plant arrives clearly damaged or rotting, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund the plant's line item. Plants that simply look smaller or paler than expected aren't covered — they'll recover within a few weeks of being placed in their final home.

Returning something you don't want

We accept returns of non-living items within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, for a refund minus return shipping. Email us first and we'll send a return slip. Plants and opened consumables (substrate kits, fertilizer) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
