What we collect, and why.

veo is a small studio. We collect only the information needed to fulfil orders, answer questions, and run the site itself. This page is a plain-language summary of what that means in practice.

What we collect

• Order information — name, email, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order. Stored in our database for as long as we need to support the order and for tax records (typically 5 years).
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your card number; we only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded.
• Email correspondence — anything you write to us at hello@veo.mv stays in our inbox.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
• We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
• We don't send marketing emails unless you sign up for our newsletter.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you a copy of any data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@veo.mv and we'll respond within a few business days.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies — for example, to keep your cart contents between visits and to remember whether you're signed in to the admin panel. We don't use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.
